SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Blue Force Tracker Specialist to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Blue Force Tracker Specialist to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Manage Blue Force Tracker (BFT) systems.
- Ensure the staging of functional and configured BFT equipment.
- Develop documentation including architecture views and as-built drawings for BFT systems.
- Perform asset management, preventive maintenance, installation, configuration, relocation, de-installation, movement, upgrade, modernization, activation, quality assurance, and testing of BFT equipment.
- Field and maintain BFT systems during training exercises, including installation and de-installation.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
- An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 411 Certs: SecurityX / CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or FITSP-O or GICSP or SSCP or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
