Key Role:
Support the client by applying expertise in the integration of Joint and Coalition integrated all-domain lethal and non-lethal fires equities in support of service, theater, and national objectives. Collaborate with staff as well as adjacent component commands to integrate all-domain fire support capabilities into strategic and operational exercises, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and priorities. Leverage expertise on all-domain kinetic and non-kinetic fires capabilities of the current and future Marine Corps force design during planning and coordination meetings, exercises, and briefings. Provide analytical support for the development of all-domain kill web integration at the operational and tactical level with joint and coalition partners related to exercise scenario design and training programs to enhance operational readiness. Liaise with adjacent components, host nation agencies, and international partners to enhance interoperability and information sharing across the Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) kill chain process with a focus toward incorporating Naval integrated equities into theater requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience conducting all-domain kinetic and non-kinetic fires integration at the tactical and operational level with the Department of Defense
- 8+ years of experience conducting operations at the Combatant Command, Service Component, Brigade, or Division Corps Level with the Department of Defense
- Experience planning large-scale planning events with military headquarters staff elements
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Ability to coordinate across staff functions and command echelons
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Kill Web integration such as MSS, JDOCS, CAC2S, AFATDS, or GCCS-M
- Master’s degree
- JPME I and II Certifications
- Completion of the Joint Operational Fires and Effects Course (JOFEC)
- Completion of the Joint Intermediate Target Development Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
