SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Network System Administrator to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Network System Administrator to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Responsible for administration and management of program networks to support theater requirements.
- Oversees enterprise network monitoring to ensure network availability, readiness, and resiliency.
- Supports project planning to identify areas for optimization and modernization of theater networks to improve security, capacity, and operational readiness.
- Manages and mentors subordinate personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
- An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 441 Certs: SecurityX / CASP+ or CCNA or CCNP Security or CCSP or GCED or GCIA or GCLD or GDSA or GFACT or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
