We are looking for a Global Account Executive (f/m/d) for the DACH area
What your day will look like
As a Global Account Executive, your primary focus will be on re-engaging and expanding a strategic existing customer, while also developing a portfolio of additional key accounts.
This is a non-managerial, high-impact role, ideal for someone who can combine strong account management skills with consultative selling and the ability to navigate large, complex customer environments. You will work cross-functionally to rebuild trust, identify new growth opportunities, and drive long-term retention and value.
You will :
- Take full commercial ownership of a named strategic account: reactivation, retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Define and execute an account plan to rebuild engagement and maximise revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including at C-Level.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for other assigned enterprise accounts: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a unified and value-driven approach.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce).
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback and identifying product opportunities.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Proven Enterprise Sales Experience – Demonstrated success in driving new business and expanding global accounts.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to influence C-level executives and decision-makers across different regions.
- Results-Driven Mindset – Strong focus on achieving sales targets, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
- International Business Knowledge – Understanding of global markets, cross-border sales cycles, and cultural differences.
- Networking & Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners worldwide.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Fluent in German and English
