Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Principal BPO Sales Lead (f/m/d) DACH with many years of experience in driving business growth in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative selling, client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic account growth across multiple industries and geographies (with focus on DACH). This role requires deep expertise in BPO solutions, sales leadership, and a strong ability to craft client-specific value propositions that drive long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Development:
Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing client portfolios across targeted verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, and Technology. -
Consultative Selling:
Identify client pain points and deliver customized BPO solutions, including customer service, finance and accounting, HR outsourcing, and back-office services. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. -
Proposal & Deal Management:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including RFP/RFI response development, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closure. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with delivery, operations, solutioning, and marketing teams to develop competitive offerings and ensure successful transitions. -
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies. -
Sales Metrics & Reporting:
Track sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and forecast performance regularly to ensure alignment with organizational targets
Qualifications
- Multiple years of progressive experience in BPO sales, with a strong record of multimillion-dollar/Euro deal closures.
- Demonstrated ability to sell across global markets with a strong focus on DACH
- Deep understanding of BPO industry trends, pricing models, and delivery frameworks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Business fluent German and English language skills are a must have
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing large, complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 clients.
- Proven ability to lead virtual/global teams for solution development and bid management.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, and AI-based BPO solutions is a plus.
