IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As European Payroll & Fleet Operations Specialist (m/w/d) at Envalior, you will coordinate and oversee payroll and benefits processes across 11 European sales offices, ensuring compliance and accuracy in collaboration with internal and external partners. You will actively support German payroll operations and contribute to HR reporting and audit readiness. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit by managing the German fleet operations, supporting around 60 company cars and their users.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

  • Coordinate multi-country payroll workflows in alignment with local compliance and vendors
  • Act as backup and support for German payroll, ensuring accurate monthly inputs and documentation
  • Manage fleet operations including service provider contracts, stakeholder communication, and employee support
  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Shared Services) and external partners (payroll providers, fleet companies, authorities)

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Solid knowledge of payroll practices across European countries
  • Strong coordination, planning, and vendor management skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Basic knowledge of company car and fleet set-up
  • 5–10 years of experience in a relevant HR or commercial field
  • Commercial or HR-related education; additional HR qualification preferred
  • Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian) are a plus
  • Willingness to collaborate across countries and departments
