I joined WebPros in 2021 through the acquisition of Leankoala/koality, a B2B SaaS company I co-founded. We're expanding our RevOps capacity with an additional Revenue Operations Specialist to boost our ability to deliver results faster and more effectively. Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and impact-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to help unify and optimize our CRM systems into a single HubSpot platform. Accelerating our ability to understand customers, scale marketing and sales efforts, and unlock sustainable growth across our diverse portfolio of SaaS brands. This is a high-ownership role at the heart of a global RevOps transformation. You'll help shape scalable operations and build the foundation for data-driven decision-making, being part of a dedicated team, collaborating closely to drive this critical transition and share responsibility for its success.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: New Business Optimization
- Integrate lead capture forms, trial requests, and partner applications into HubSpot.
- Design and implement automated lead routing to account managers and ABM workflows.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to create and refine nurture and drip campaigns.
- Improve trial conversion rates through smart automation and actionable insights.
- Execute the migration of customer data from multiple business units into HubSpot.
- Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Enable cross-sell and upsell efforts through advanced reporting and segmented insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and build dashboards for performance tracking.
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations using middleware tools like Hightouch.
- Develop or support custom API integrations (RESTful API knowledge a strong plus).
- Support WordPress enhancements and integrations with marketing tools.
Core Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or a related field.
- Proven Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (setup, automation, workflows, migrations).
- Familiarity CRM alignment across platforms.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and personal data governance best practices.
- Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and CRM hygiene.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or similar.
- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Gong, or CRM enrichment tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript..
- HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications.
- Background in SaaS, B2B, or multi-brand environments.
