Hi, I'm Stefanie Langner, Director of Revenue Operations at WebPros - and your hiring manager for this role. I joined WebPros in 2021 through the acquisition of Leankoala/koality, a B2B SaaS company I co-founded. My journey spans over a decade in GTM and digital businesses, with a focus on operational excellence, scalable systems, and sustainable growth across SaaS and platform businesses. We're expanding our RevOps capacity with an additional Revenue Operations Specialist to boost our ability to deliver results faster and more effectively. This is a technically skilled, impact-driven role focused on unifying and optimizing our CRM systems into a single HubSpot platform - laying the groundwork for smarter processes and scalable GTM operations. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values curiosity, ownership, and open exchange. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, solves problems with initiative and precision, and thrives in cross-functional environments. Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and impact-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to help unify and optimize our CRM systems into a single HubSpot platform. Accelerating our ability to understand customers, scale marketing and sales efforts, and unlock sustainable growth across our diverse portfolio of SaaS brands. This is a high-ownership role at the heart of a global RevOps transformation. You'll help shape scalable operations and build the foundation for data-driven decision-making, being part of a dedicated team, collaborating closely to drive this critical transition and share responsibility for its success.
