We’re looking for a hands-on freelance HubSpot Marketing CRM Specialist to help us build, manage and execute operational CRM and lifecycle marketing activities for our B2B global marketing team. You’ll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot, ensuring our CRM workflows, lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting run smoothly. This role is purely operational: implementing, testing, and iterating processes to support acquisition, nurturing, re-engagement, onboarding, and upsell campaigns.
This is a project-based role. Project Scope & Commitment
- Duration: ~2 months full‑time (30–40 hours/week)
- Follow‑up support: ~5 hours/month for an additional 2 months

What you will do
- Seamless CRM Operations: Set up and manage HubSpot logic, properties, lifecycle stages, and integrations for smooth marketing‑sales alignment.
- Clean, Actionable Data: Maintain a deduplicated database with accurate segmentation and reliable lead source tracking across all campaigns.
- Effective Lifecycle Journeys: Build and optimise workflows for acquisition, nurturing, re‑engagement, onboarding, and upselling to improve conversion rates.
- Clear Funnel Visibility: Create actionable dashboards and reports showing funnel velocity, conversion drop‑offs, and revenue attribution.
- Data‑Driven Optimisation: Test and refine CRM strategies (e.g., segmentation, email cadence, conversion flows) in collaboration with marketing leaders.
- Sales Enablement Impact: Improve lead scoring and handoff quality to help sales close more deals, faster.
Success Metrics (Example Targets)
- Process in place to have 90% of MQLs processed and assigned within 24h.
- 4+ automated workflows live within first 4 weeks.
- CRM dashboards with full funnel visibility delivered by month 2.
- 10% increase in lead-to-SQL conversion via scoring + segmentation updates.
Requirements
Required
- 5+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and automation.
- Proven experience implementing workflows from acquisition to upsell.
- Strong understanding of B2B lifecycle marketing.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting in HubSpot.
- Fluent in English (Spanish and Russian is a plus).
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with sales or RevOps teams.
- Familiarity with digital education or tech sectors.
- Working knowledge of tools like Webflow, Google Analytics, Notion, or Miro.
