Position Overview

We're hiring a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to report to the CEO and lead our marketing function's next growth phase.

You will shape a world-class marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline objectives, establishing us as a B2B Sales Intelligence category leader.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record scaling B2B SaaS businesses through both product-led and sales-led growth. You'll be critical in communicating our AI-driven platform's power to the market and harnessing AI internally for marketing acceleration.

As a core Senior Leadership Team member, you'll inform company direction, provide market awareness, and ensure marketing is a key growth engine. This role offers the chance to build a high-performing team and drive global GTM success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that directly supports company growth, revenue, and OKRs, ensuring all initiatives are tied to measurable business outcomes and optimised through clear KPIs.
  • Elevate brand positioning and identity, staying ahead of market trends, buyer behaviours, and the competitive landscape through robust market research and competitor analysis.
  • Champion AI integration across marketing to enhance efficiency, impact, and personalisation, while developing compelling narratives that articulate the value of our AI-powered platform to all stakeholders.
  • Strategically manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI, and build, lead, and scale a high-performing team that thrives on experimentation and data-led decision-making.
  • Ensure legal and compliance adherence for all marketing activities, and partner closely with Sales to align messaging, accelerate pipeline, and optimise conversion.
  • Serve as a core executive team member, contributing to broader business planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with demonstrable success in scaling marketing functions and directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • B2B Marketing Thought Leader & GTM Strategist: Possess a deep understanding of today's dynamic marketing landscape—from demand gen fatigue and SEO shifts to AI-disrupted buying behaviour. You'll bring this insight directly into our product strategy (PLG & SLG), helping us build the platform modern marketers actually need, while leveraging the B2B tech stack to generate pipeline and close deals.
  • AI-Native Operator & Communicator: Lead with an AI-first mindset across content, campaigns, operations, and team design, moving fast, automating aggressively, and testing relentlessly. You have proven experience marketing data-driven and AI-powered products, clearly communicating complex capabilities to a commercial audience, and embedding AI into marketing workflows for personalisation, performance optimisation, and customer insights.
  • Full-Funnel Demand Driver & Messaging Architect: you'll balance performance and brand to optimize pipeline creation across paid, organic, and content channels. You'll also be key in shaping our multi-product narrative, refining our post-merger value proposition, and ensuring a consistent brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
  • Customer-Centric Content & Lifecycle Marketer: Create content that ranks, resonates, and drives action. You'll also turn customers into advocates, with programs that support retention, expansion, and brand equity.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker: Fluent in attribution, campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and efficiency KPIs. You possess strong analytical skills, adept at separating signal from noise to prioritise and act, ensuring all marketing activity is continuously optimised.
  • Team Builder & Standard-Raiser: Attract, build, and lead high-performing marketing teams (in-house or agencies), foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, create operational clarity, and hold high expectations—raising the bar for marketing and the company as a whole.
  • Exceptional Communicator & Collaborative Operator: Adept at engaging both internal and external audiences. Excelling in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, partnering closely with Sales to align messaging, accelerate pipeline, and optimise funnel conversion.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and action-oriented with a passion for creating significant impact.
