Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience in working with one Demand Side Platform (DSP).
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Google’s DV360 and Campaign Manager 360.
- Experience working with competitor media buying solutions.
- Experience working in ad sales on publisher or ad tech side or working in a marketing or media role at advertisers or media agencies.
- Proven track record of crafting, activating and growing strategic plans, grounded in innovative media solutions, ideally complemented by media planning experience that demonstrates clear ROI.

You will build sustainable relationships with advertisers and media agencies, aiding them in achieving their business goals. You'll drive revenue growth for various media types, including Connected TV, video, display, audio, and digital out-of-home, leveraging Google’s Display & Video 360 (DV360) platform. This will involve engaging with senior advertiser, agency decision-makers, and media budget owners.

Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor for advertisers, agencies, and Google sales teams. Identify and capture unaddressed business opportunities for customers.
- Ensure alignment with our customer's business objectives.
- Drive media business growth for Connected TV and other video, display, audio, and digital out-of-home through media unification and AI-powered media solutions on DV360 across the plan-buy-measure media buying process.
- Partner with DV360 Programmatic Account Managers to provide advertisers and agencies with DV360 media campaign solutions focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and buying types.
- Craft compelling client and agency success stories and case studies, showcasing Google's value proposition. Represent Google as a thought leader on stages, delivering engaging presentations at industry flagship events, at Google events, and in other sales or educational formats.
