We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-loving Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Automotive global sales and operations teams. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing our sales processes in the Automotive Business Unit. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the sales team, manage CRM and ERP data, and collaborate across departments and Business Units to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our automotive partners and customers.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational support for the automotive sales team, the EVP, and the Site Manager.
- Manage and update customer data, opportunities, and orders in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups related to sales activities and Customers’ engagements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Production, Project Managers, Programming, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure operational alignment.
- Work closely with the Finance team.
- Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and pipeline overviews, Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing documents, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Ensure sales operations follow company procedures.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a related role, ideally within the automotive sector or a B2B technical environment.
· Proficiency with Salesforce and SAP.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Effective communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
· Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 automotive suppliers - an advantage.
· Familiarity with sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional project collaboration - an advantage.
