- Assist in conducting research and analysis for Sales Excellence projects
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement customer experience strategies
- Provide administrative support for customer feedback processes and data management
- Help organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations with stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve sales processes
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or project coordination is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
