In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in achieving the highest possible sales performance within your assigned territory, directly impacting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and shaping the future of regional shipper sales. You'll empower your team to reach their full potential, contributing significantly to our overall success.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Drive exceptional sales efficacy, meeting and exceeding targets for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ARR bookings.
- Strategically build and optimize your sales team, aligning with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure effective resourcing and market penetration.
- Inspire and lead your European sales organization to execute the GTM plan, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain crucial customer relationships, providing essential support to resolve issues and enable team success.
- Implement and champion best practices for sales management, including business planning, forecasting, and pipeline health.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in top management roles with similar accountabilities and scope.
- Proven track record of driving >20% YoY ARR growth in a highly competitive market.
- P&L responsibilities.
- 10+ years of experience as a leader and manager of sales teams with local presence in Europe.
- 10+ years selling complex solutions to international and regional “shippers” with Buying Centers in Europe.
- Fluency in English is a must.
