Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Operations Working Student to join our dynamic team at quantilope. This role is at the heart of our revenue engine, focusing on the systems, processes, and data that fuel our lead engine. You will be instrumental in helping us scale efficiently so that we can make better data-driven decisions.
This is a technical and analytical operations role. You will be focused on technology, data, process optimization, and cross-functional projects supporting the marketing and sales team
What you will be doing:
Support Growth Ops with ongoing maintenance of the MarTech/SalesTech stack, including tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and more. (Training will be provided)
Assist with data management tasks such as data cleansing, enrichment, and list imports to ensure data integrity across our systems.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to support key processes like lead sharing, campaign follow ups, and ad hoc projects.
Contribute to performance reporting and analysis, helping to surface insights that inform strategic decisions.
Help maintain and improve our operational "playbook" by creating clear "How-To" guides and process documentation for the wider team.
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives, such as trialing new tools or features within our tech stack.
You will be empowered to bring innovative ideas to help us improve our processes and systems.
Who you are:
You are currently enrolled as a student and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment supporting Growth Operations
You have excellent English language skills, both oral and written. (Level C1)
You possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with an independent and proactive work ethic.
You are highly organized and thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
You show determination and grit to see tasks through to completion, especially those that are detailed and repetitive.
You are a natural problem-solver, comfortable with troubleshooting technical and process-related issues.
You are genuinely excited to learn new technologies and are comfortable with the idea of becoming a power user of tools such as:
Salesforce (CRM)
Marketo (Marketing Automation)
Salesloft (Sales Engagement)
Data Management & Enrichment Tools
BI & Reporting Tools
Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Project Management Tools (Trello, Jira, etc.)
...and many more! Full training will be provided, but a strong desire to learn in addition to being technologically savvy/curious is essential.
