Your Responsibilities

In this versatile role, you will support multiple departments simultaneously and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a working student, you will work closely with the Office Management, Finance, and HR teams:

Office Management (40%)

• General administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence

• Creating and maintaining Excel templates and PowerPoint presentations

• Organizing and managing the company carpool in Frankfurt: vehicle handover/return, cleanliness checks, and scheduling maintenance

Finance / Controlling (40%)

• Supporting data collection and consolidation

• Checking incoming invoices and preparing them for accounting

• Assisting with the preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations

Human Resources (20%)

• Providing administrative support for HR processes (e.g., maintaining personnel files, scheduling appointments)

• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences (working student status required)

• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Interest in working with numbers, data, and structured processes

• Independent, detail-oriented, and conscientious work style

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a team player attitude

• Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is a plus
