We’re now expanding our Video Editing Team and looking for a Working Student or Minijobber who’s eager to dive into the world of visual storytelling and support our editors in creating high-impact content.
You’ll play a key role in our video production process; not behind the camera, but behind the scenes. From finding stunning B-Roll footage to building project files and doing rough cuts, your work will help bring our missions to life.

Tasks
- You’ll research and collect high-quality B-Roll footage from various sources to help tell our mission stories
- You’ll help set up project files, timelines, and manage video assets
- You’ll create first rough cuts and help shape the early structure of our YouTube videos
- You’ll learn directly from our highly skilled senior editors, creative director, and animation pros
- Depending on your skill level, you might also assist in cutting short clips for social media or help optimize our content for different platforms
- Start as soon as possible
- 20 hours per week.
- You're currently studying something creative like film, media production, design, photography – or anything else with a strong visual side
- You’ve got a great eye for visuals and storytelling; whether that comes from your studies, your own projects, or your intuition
- You’re proactive, organized, and excited to learn from a talented team
- Experience with Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus — but not a must
- You’re fluent in English (our working language); German is not required
- You’re based in Berlin or willing to work hybrid/remotely, but ideally you can join us in the office
- Berlin-based, hybrid or remote job (Berlin is preferred)
