You support our team as
SPECIALIST CUSTOMS, FOREIGN TRADE AND EXCISE TAXES (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation of tax compliance management system in the areas of customs, foreign trade law and excise duties, e.g. in the creation of policies, guidelines and process descriptions as well as maintenance of the corresponding IT tool
- Support with consulting services in customs, foreign trade and excise tax law for domestic and foreign Group Entities
- Support for internal customs/export control audits
- Preparing and supporting the organisation of employee training courses
- Support in tracking legal developments and providing information via internal newsletters
- Support in daily business (operational customs processing, e.g. import, export, sanctions list checks, etc.)
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, training in the field of customs administration or an equivalent qualification
- If possible, you have 1-2 years of professional experience in customs and foreign trade-related topics
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is desirable
- You have an independent way of working that is characterised by service-oriented thinking
- You have analytical and problem-solving skills and find pragmatic solutions
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
