Your mission

  • Lead and grow a global team of Customer Engagement and Value Selling experts, including recruitment, goal setting, performance reviews, and team development

  • Drive strategic customer engagements and value assessments to support complex enterprise sales opportunities across regions

  • Gather and consolidate market and customer feedback to influence product development and ensure continuous improvement of the Software Monetization (Sentinel) solution portfolio

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define and implement customer-centric engagement strategies

  • Conduct discovery workshops and deliver high-impact C-level presentations to uncover customer needs and align solutions to business objectives

We are looking forward to

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a strong track record in selling complex enterprise software solutions and achieving performance targets

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build and lead high-performing global teams

  • Strong business and technical acumen, ideally with experience in software supply chain solutions (ERP, CRM, Billing, Quote-to-Cash) and familiarity with cloud platforms or SaaS applications

  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and operate effectively across departments in a dynamic, multi-time zone environment
