Join our passionate Customer Service team, split between Munich and Berlin, and seize an exciting opportunity to dive into what customers really think about our product. Discover correlations and explore ways to continuously improve our offerings, keeping our customers engaged and happy.
Make an Impact by:
Improve the system by finding solutions for new requirements or bugs of the internal tools
Work with our Customer Service team to identify tooling challenges and support the development solutions with a strong customer focus to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Work on continuous improvement of Customer Service, FAQs and other content based in a “data-driven” environment
Assist in prioritizing and processing internal service tickets and access management requests.
Develop and update documentation and resources related to Customer Service tools and processes.
Your Profile:
Currently enrolled in the 2nd half of a degree program, or graduated in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field with an analytical focus
Able to work as a full-time intern in our Berlin office from September for a duration of 9-12 months.
Ideally first experiences in Customer Service
Ability to understand and support the resolution technical challenges on multiple internal and external tools
Analytical expertise, strong problem solving skills
Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward
Team player, positive attitude, and high level of professionalism
Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Curious and determined to gain (further) insights into the e-Mobility business
