We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Compensation & Structure team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Compensation, Organization Design and People Mobility.
As an intern, you will assist in streamlining compensation-related workflows and contribute to the development of a
structured job architecture. You will gain valuable insights into best practices for organizational design, people mobility and compensation frameworks.

About the Job
- Streamline compensation-related processes and document improvements in Workday
- Optimize supervisory and functional organization structures, and maintain the job catalog
- Assist in implementing Workday Advanced Compensation features and support compensation projects
- Establish and support the framework for our People Mobility program, including employee transfers
- Collaborate with HR teams on ongoing projects, including documentation and process mapping
About You
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); interest in HR technology and familiarity with Workday is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Looking for a mandatory internship
- Excited about regular presence in our global HQ in Osnabrück
