To support our HR Payroll team we are searching for a Senior HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
Aufgaben
- Independently prepare and manage the monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with all tax and social security regulations
- Serve as the point of contact for managers and employees on complex payroll and HR matters
- Ensure data quality in master data management and absence administration
- Handle reporting, certification, and notification obligations, as well as correspondence with authorities, public offices, and health insurance providers
- Contribute to audits, year-end closing activities, and the preparation of reports, analyses, and key figures for management
- Manage and implement payroll and HR projects, and continuously optimise processes and systems
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR and payroll operation
Qualifikation
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional certification in payroll or taxation
- Several years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of DATEV, ATOSS, and confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Very thorough, structured, and precise working style combined with a strong solution-oriented approach
- Strong integrity, discretion, and sense of responsibility
- High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for process optimisation
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
