Overview:
**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Security Control-Validator (Task Lead) to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Task Lead to ensure effective theater-wide management of this technical area.
- Facilitate flow of information from the PM to geographically dispersed task technical implementation personnel and ensure task implementation issues / challenges are communicated to the PM for resolution / awareness.
- Manage and mentor subordinates.
- Lead the provision of SCA-V services in accordance with the RMF.
- Direct the development, maintenance, and evaluation of accreditation packages for networks and systems.
- Oversee the preparation of certification testing and evaluation risk reports, finding reports, RMF scorecards, and security assessment reports.
- Manage SCA services on networks/systems, including inspections, POA&M development, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Facilitate Risk Management and Information Assurance initiatives, ensuring RMF documentation is developed and maintained.
- Guide the management of Assessment and Authorization documentation, including for cross-domain solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
- An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 612 Certs: CCISO, CISA, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, CPTE, CySA+, FITSP-A, GCSA, GSLC, GSNA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
