Provides project coordination, document control and administrative support to the project. Responsible for supporting (area/team), using basic/established technical capabilities and project methodology.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing document/correspondence control - Issuing reference numbers to members and formally issuing documentation and correspondence via a project management toll.
- Coordinating Key Meetings and ensuring packs are issued to team members prior to the meeting and final copies uploaded to management tool.
- May carry out administrative tasks, including typing agendas, minutes.
- Supporting the production of project documentation and presentations including, producing documents, briefing papers and reports.
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
- May act as a first escalation point on project issues and risks.
- Providing guidance and coaching to more junior roles. Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within the organisation.
- Experience coordinating projects spanning technology, process and people change.
- Experience in the Construction industry.
