Job description

For our office in Hamburg Altona, we are looking for an Inside Sales Employee to join our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal customers, providing expert guidance on our products and services.

  • Prepare quotations, manage orders, and support the entire sales cycle from inquiry to completion.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within our CRM system, ensuring a well-structured database with relevant information.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Technical Support, Expedition and Outside Sales to deliver optimal solutions for our customers.

  • With your commitment you will activate customer loyalty. You will make a significant contribution to building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, preferably with experience in a technical or industrial environment.

  • Career changers with a high level of self-motivation and a passion for customer service.

  • Enjoy engaging with customers contact and and possess a strong ability to understand and anticipate their needs.

  • Characterized by strong excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a solution-driven approach.

  • Fluent in German and English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and commitment to contributing effectively within a team.
