We’re looking for a Freelance Recruiter (all genders) to join and support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and hiring top talent in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to navigate complex roles – especially within pharma, dietary supplements, chemistry, biotechnology, or R&D– and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist and senior-level positions in Poland, with a strong focus on sourcing and pipeline building
Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, your own network, talent mapping, and other creative channels
Reach out to and engage passive candidates with compelling, personalized messages
Screen candidates and assess both technical expertise and cultural fit
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Your profile
Polish at full professional proficiency, combined with excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
Strong background in hiring for complex roles – prior exposure to pharma, chemistry, dietary supplements, or R&D industries is a strong advantage
Proven track record as a Recruiter with more than 4 years of experience, ideally operating as a freelancer with a Freelancer Steuer-IDDeep sourcing expertise, including an own LinkedIn Recruiter Seat; strong understanding of the Polish culture and market, existing sourcing network is a bonus
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented – you take full ownership of your projects from start to finish
Ideally located in Berlin with the possibility to join us regularly in the office; alternatively based in Poland
Availability of minimum 20 hours/week for minimum of 2 months
