Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join our European Recruitment team and support various aspects of the hiring process and recruitment projects:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and thorough preparation for all parties involved.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details, application progress, and interview feedback; Analyze and maintain recruitment data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Project Support: Contribute to market research and employer branding initiatives, helping us strengthen our presence and attract top talent across European markets.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in at least the third semester of a university degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive and structured approach to work.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Prior experience in an office environment and solid working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Practical experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is highly preferred.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
