- Design and deliver conversion-optimized landing pages
- Support the conceptualization and prototyping of new pages and features using tools like Figma.
- Create, maintain and localise ad templates across 10 geos to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and developers to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Produce ad creatives (images and videos) for Meta, Youtube, Google and Native advertising platforms.
- Contribute to the visual direction of marketing assets across markets
- Work independently with clear communication and attention to detail.
- Fluency in German (native or near-native) and English – this is essential for understanding and crafting local-market designs.
- 4+ years of experience in digital/UX design, ideally with a marketing or performance focus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating landing page design skills and ad creation
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, CRO, and responsive design.
- Ability to manage your own time and deliver reliably in a remote freelance setup.
