We are looking for a Principal Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join our team as soon as possible.
Main role responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and develop detailed solution architectures for Salesforce, Braze, and other relevant marketing automation platforms
- Design detailed custom solutions for SFMCE + SFMC Next, including Journey Builder, Flows, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising, Web Studio, Audience Builder, etc.
- Integrate CRM, e-commerce, web analytics, and other systems to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure data privacy compliance and adherence to best practices for email and mobile marketing
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on the selection and use of marketing technologies
- Create technical documentation, guides, and training materials for the use of marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing, and IT teams to successfully complete projects on time
You may be a match for this role if you have the following:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in planning and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Certification as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Developer
- In-depth knowledge of working with APIs, AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience integrating CRM, e-commerce, and web analytics systems
- Understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, data protection regulations, and current trends in digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (for Serbia and Czech Republic), and German (for German locations)
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
