Requirement:
The requirement for the on-site engineer is as below:
1. Normal desktop skill (hardware / software troubleshooting, check-up, testing, computer support, reinstallation, configuration, setup, etc.)
2. The engineer will primarily provide desktop support
3. A minimum of 2-3 years of support experience is required
4. Skills to troubleshoot and health check: server, NAS, network, connections is a plus
5. Will coordinate with external vendors to prepare operational documentation
6. Customer has KPI to fulfil:
i. The client expects issues related to desktop computers and mobile phones to be resolved within 8 hours (about 90 qty)
ii. Regular monthly reviews.
iii. Issues/Incidents resolution rate: 90%
7. Regular working hours, 5 x 8
8. Bachelor’s degree or above in IT area, less qualification but rich in experience will also be considered
