Team mission
As a Creative Operations Manager in the Global Creative Marketing team, you will support the Creative Operations Lead to scale world-class creative work, ensuring flawless execution across performance marketing, brand advertising, lifecycle marketing, and beyond. In this role, you will help manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, including resourcing, capacity planning, and implementing frameworks and processes that allow us to scale faster and with more efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a highly strategic thinker, who can marry operational efficiency with high-quality output. You are experienced implementing AI and tooling solutions, and keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive scalability and innovation.
Your mission:
- Operational Efficiency: Help manage creative requests from intake to prioritization and assignment, ensuring seamless execution.
- Optimize Processes: Regularly evaluate and manage workflow systems and tools to enhance team productivity and output.
- Resource Planning: Forecast resource needs based on project pipelines and business priorities; help build and maintain a stellar freelance network.
- Streamline Tools: Identify and implement tooling solutions to drive scalability and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Ensure Alignment: Act as a trusted operational partner, driving clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
- Elevate Infrastructure: Continuously improve brand department operations to support brand development and ensure timely execution.
What sets you apart:
- 4+ years of experience in creative operations for a variety of online and offline creative campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and operational excellence, who is able to turn ideas into action.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high capacity to collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, processes, and tools, with proven track record of delivering standout results.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions from data.
- Tech Enthusiast, who embraces the latest technology trends and tools, and is always looking for ways to innovate.
- Fluency in English, another language is a plus.
