About the Role:
- Support brand innovation by analyzing consumer and scientific data, and contributing to the development and execution of innovative initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D, medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to align scientific insights with brand objectives.
- Assist in brand strategy creation through market and competitor analysis, campaign development, and performance reporting.
- Contribute to HCP marketing by developing targeted content and supporting media planning across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation & Science
- Consumer and Scientific Data & Insights Analysis: Assist in analyzing consumer and scientific research and data to inform brand innovation choices
- b. Brand Innovation Support: Contribute & lead development and execution of innovative brand initiatives.
- c. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, medical, countries, marketing and regulatory teams to align scientific findings with brand goals.
Strategy
- Brand Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and market differentiation.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and consumer research to gather insights that inform brand positioning and strategy.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' brand strategies and market activities.
HCP marketing & media
- HCP Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Content Creation & Communication: Help create compelling content and communication materials for HCPs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Consumer & HCP Media Planning & Coordination: Support media planning efforts, including digital and traditional channels
What You’ll Bring:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German (both written and verbal).
- Education: MBA, Master’s in management, Strategy, Marketing, Innovation or similar
- Experience: Experience in marketing, brand management or innovation is a nice to have.
- Skills: String critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of driving processes in cross functional teams.
- Have hands-on experience with databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Power Point.
