We are currently seeking a Coordinator for Talent and Learning Processes (x|f|m) for our team based at our headquarter in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). The position is to be filled full time with the possibility to work three days remotely on a regular basis, limited until End of July 2026. In this position, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our Workday Processes especially for the modules Recruiting, People Development and Learning. In addition a major focus will be the coordination and collaboration with Key Users as well as hands on involvement in the Global Learning Services team, which administrates all Learning related topics for Sartorius.

Get to know Workday processes - and help them grow and improve
Support in improving the user experience of Workday to guarantee a great user experience
Design and coordinate user training sessions and deliver them to various stakeholder groups
Assist in ongoing Workday support, especially in the modules Recruiting, People Development and Learning
Collaborate with HR key users and support in testing defined scenarios
Act as an interface between different teams and stakeholders such as subject matter experts
Coordinate, support and advise content owners in bringing their content into Workday Learning
What will convince us
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as industrial clerk)
Several years of professional experience in an administrative role preferred
Initial experience in project management is desirable
Organizational talent and independent and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
Routine in the handling of the MS-Office applications
Very good command of English, both written and oral, German is a plus
