Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advise on Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interests in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Work closely with the regional EMEA managers as well as the local management teams to ensure Compliance aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Provide counsel and coordinate the implementation of local policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate policies.
- Conducting internal investigations and Compliance Trainings.
Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer
- Proven experience in Compliance is a must
- Experience working with Compliance in an international company is strongly preferred
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Mature business partner
- Strong problem solving, change management skills and Compliance mindset
- Ability to work independently and in an international team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of EU laws and regulations related to Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions and Competition Law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
