Mission
As a Brand Ambassador, your mission will be to ensure a state-of-the-art image for our Official Dealer Network by coordinating and supporting the transformation of our clients into Official Dealers, aiming for them to become ambassadors of Stanley/Stella.
You will lead the implementation of the Corporate Merchandising plan and ensure a smooth transition for our clients. Your role will involve establishing long-term customer relationships through visits, training, and audits on various topics.
Main responsibilities
- Implementation of our Global Merchandising Plan related to showroom, website, campaigns, sustainability, and other initiatives.
- Coordination with the Communication department regarding merchandising tools to ensure a global image of Stanley/Stella.
- Training our clients' sales force on products, decoration, and sustainability to create a team of ambassadors who convey our DNA.
- Assistance with various topics such as sustainability and GOTS certification.
- Guaranteeing up-to-date showroom merchandising and dealer website optimization.
- Constantly auditing the compliance of our Official Dealer Network criteria during your visits.
- Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities in line with the Official Dealer Network strategy.
- Stimulating a changing mindset both internally and externally to increase engagement and trust through relational agility.
- You report directly to the Brand Ambassador Team Manager.
Your profile
- You have a background in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- You have proven trade marketing or franchising experience, preferably in international B2B and B2B2C business environments, having supported product and customer development strategies
- Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus
- You are able to travel extensively in Germany for this role
- You are fluent in both German and English. Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
- You possess commercial orientation and business acumen, are a strategic thinker able to contribute at a senior level, and have strong operational and delivery skills
- You have a critical mindset, are detail-oriented, with great problem-solving skills, and are result-oriented and accountable
- You are proactive with excellent project management skills and the capacity to react to changing situations
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
