As Account Manager South Germany, you will take ownership of an established but underdeveloped customer base across a large territory. Your mission is to actively engage with existing clients, reactivate dormant accounts, and identify new business opportunities to strengthen Ravago’s presence in the polymer market.
We are looking for a medior sales professional with proven experience in B2B relationship management, ideally within polymers or materials distribution. You will play a key role in maintaining and growing long-term partnerships, ensuring business continuity, and driving future expansion in the region
Your responsibilities- Develop and grow Ravago Resale’s customer base in Germany, with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Manage an existing portfolio of accounts and actively expand it through targeted prospecting
- Visit customers and prospects across a large and diverse territory, ensuring strong market presence and coverage
- Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen relationships with underutilized customers
- Report directly to the Sales Lead Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Ravago Resale team in Europe
- Operate autonomously from home, with the freedom to plan your customer visits and commercial strategy
- 4–7 years of experience in a B2B sales role
- Experience with plastic converters or materials distribution is a strong plus
- Demonstrable success in developing sales territories, winning new clients, and delivering on commercial targets
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, decentralized environment
- Natural relationship builder who thrives in client-facing roles
- Based in South Germany, preferably within reach of Frankfurt, Munchen.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
