About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven, technically-minded Account Executive to expand Sparrow’s enterprise customer base in Europe and beyond.

This hybrid role blends consultative pre-sales expertise with full-cycle sales execution. You will engage both technical and business stakeholders, uncover operational and IT challenges, Match business and technical requirements with Sparrow’s solutions, deliver tailored demos, ROI analyses, and business cases that clearly show our value, and close deals.

You will work closely with Marketing, the Call Center, and our Sales Director to identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive.

What You’ll Do

1. Sales Execution & Account Growth

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.

Build long-term relationships with key accounts, scaling them over time.

Manage a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring leads are tracked and prioritized.

2. Consultative Solution Selling

Partner with prospects’ operations, IT, procurement, and legal teams to map needs and design the right solution.

Lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points, workflows, and decision-making criteria.

Deliver tailored demos, ROI analyses, and business cases that clearly show Sparrow’s value.

3. Market & Opportunity Development

Collaborate with Marketing and Call Center teams to identify and engage verified leads.

Leverage industry events, conferences, and trade shows to create new opportunities.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to sharpen our positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align with Product and Marketing on solution messaging and feature roadmaps.

Act as a trusted advisor to prospects throughout the buying process.

Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and qualification stages to accelerate time-to-close.

Must-Haves

3–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.

Proven success closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex buying processes.

Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders (Ops, IT, Procurement).

Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex concepts.

Commercial acumen — you can spot value opportunities and translate them into business impact.Fluent in English (German or French is a strong plus).Highly organized, self-starter with a hunter mentality.

Nice-to-Haves

Technical background or experience in IT/Operations.

Knowledge of AI-powered or data-driven platforms.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Experience working in multi-regional sales environments.
