Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
- Meister- oder Technikerbrief wünschenswert
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Mehr-Achs-CNC-Maschinen
- strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, sowie
Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse in der Lagerhaltung
- Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik (Lüftungen und Kühlanlagen) wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft für 14-tägigen Wochenenddienst
- MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sicherstellung der täglichen Kommunikation
- Planen und Priorisieren von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
- Ersatzteillagerführung mit einem Kostenvergleich der Wiederbeschaffung
- Analysierung und Auswerten von Instandhaltungskennzahlen
- Einholen und Bestellen von Angeboten
- Planen und Koordinieren von Maschinenumzügen
- Beauftragung, Unterweisung, Koordination und Überwachung von Fremdfirmen
- Erstellen von Schwachstellenanalysen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich der Instandhaltung sowie der Gebäudetechnik
