• Bereitschaft für 14-tägigen Wochenenddienst
• MS Office Kenntnisse

• Sicherstellung der täglichen Kommunikation
• Planen und Priorisieren von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
• Ersatzteillagerführung mit einem Kostenvergleich der Wiederbeschaffung
• Analysierung und Auswerten von Instandhaltungskennzahlen
• Einholen und Bestellen von Angeboten
• Planen und Koordinieren von Maschinenumzügen
• Beauftragung, Unterweisung, Koordination und Überwachung von Fremdfirmen
• Erstellen von Schwachstellenanalysen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
• Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich der Instandhaltung sowie der Gebäudetechnik
