About The Role
As Partnerships Manager (Germany), you’ll be the day-to-day face of Omaze for our local charity partners. You’ll help onboard new partners, support campaign development, and manage relationships from launch through to reporting.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Social, Creative, Legal, and more to ensure our campaigns are smoothly delivered, strategically aligned, and deeply impactful — both for our brand and our partners’ missions.
This role is ideal for someone who’s a confident communicator, loves building relationships, and can juggle multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing
Charity Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for charity partners in Germany.
- Build strong, trusted relationships through regular communication, support, and collaboration.
- Attend events, shoots, meetings, and charity reveals to represent Omaze and strengthen partnerships.
- Coordinate logistics and involvement for German-based talent, ambassadors, or spokespeople involved in campaigns.
Campaign Support & Execution
- Manage the day-to-day execution of partnership campaigns, from onboarding through delivery.
- Coordinate across departments (Creative, Brand, Social, Legal, Delivery) to keep things on track, on time, and on message.
- Ensure campaign assets, timelines, and partner experiences are world-class and reflective of Omaze’s values.
- Help develop campaign toolkits, briefs, and planning materials.
Creative Thinking & Brand Alignment
- Collaborate with creative teams to bring charity stories to life in engaging, emotional, and localised ways.
- Join brainstorms and contribute ideas for messaging, campaign moments, and visual storytelling.
- Help ensure all communications and content reflect both the partner’s mission and Omaze’s brand values.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support the creation of post-campaign reports, using insights to highlight results and celebrate success.
- Gather feedback and learnings from partners and internal teams to help improve future campaigns.
- Use data to inform campaign decisions and strengthen future relationships.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, account management, or brand marketing, ideally in a purpose-driven or consumer-facing environment.
- Native or fluent German speaker, with strong written and verbal English skills.
- A confident, clear communicator — able to build trust and influence across teams and partners.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, and people with precision.
- Creatively minded — you bring energy and new ideas, but know how to execute them well.
- Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and relationships without losing your cool.
- Passionate about social impact and storytelling, and excited to be part of Omaze’s mission.
- Happy to attend in-person events, shoots, or partner meetings across Germany as needed.
- A team player who’s as comfortable getting stuck into the details as you are thinking big-picture.
