What you will do
- Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover actionable product insights and opportunities from our existing data
- Independently lead full-cycle analytical projects — from scoping problems from stakeholders requirements to initiating data collection (if needed) with data engineers and developers, and delivering actionable outcomes:
- Tableau dashboards
- In-depth product research reports
- Evaluation of changes from the experiment (without A/B testing)
- Foster a data-driven culture by training and advising product teams on data-informed decisions, experiments set up, designing metrics (product, learning, KPIs)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the role of data/product analyst.
- Ability to choose an appropriate statistical test and conduct statistical research
- Experience independently analyzing data and generating hypotheses/insights using industry-standard analytics tools (i.e. SQL, Python)
- Strong data communication and interpretation skills including designing dashboards (i.e. Tableau) and presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) English level.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience doing analytics on educational products
- Experience with PySpark and/or Tableau
