Head of Product Growth and Monetization (m/f/d)

As the Head of Product for Growth and Monetization at Eventim, you will own the strategic direction and execution of initiatives aimed at expanding our market presence and driving sustainable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will build and lead a team of product managers focused on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, optimizing conversion funnels, and designing innovative monetization models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the growth and monetization product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Eventim’s overall business strategy and market dynamics.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and revenue streams - owning initiatives from ideation through launch and scale.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy across products and channels, balancing customer value, market competitiveness, and revenue optimization.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers focused on growth, pricing, and monetization.
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, data, and technology teams to optimize user acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Establish strong stakeholder alignment across departments to ensure product strategy is embedded into broader business objectives.
  • Own key product performance metrics, track progress, and use insights to iterate quickly.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and results regularly to the executive team and other senior stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading growth-focused product initiatives in B2C environments, ideally with transactional platforms or marketplaces.
  • Strong background in data-driven product and deep experience in pricing strategy and revenue model development.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in metrics-driven decision-making; comfortable working with data science and analytics teams.
  • Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and iterating on monetization features or business models.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing product teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
