Your mission at Plantura
The Plantura Success Story Engine (“From Garden to Growth”)
Core Objective: To design and prototype a scalable system that identifies our most successful customers and incentivizes them to share their garden and plant journeys. This initiative will directly accelerate our flywheel by enhancing our customer community, creating a data-driven optimization loop, and generating a unique content asset.
This project will move from foundational strategy to a tangible prototype in three streamlined phases:
Strategy & Definition ("Understand & Strategize"):
- Goal: Define what constitutes a "Success Story" and develop a compelling value exchange to motivate customer participation.
- Activities: Analyze user data to identify markers of success, determine the ideal mix of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards for customers, and outline the strategic value of this user-generated content (CGC).
- Goal: Design the end-to-end operational and technical workflow for turning a raw customer story into a published piece of high-quality content.
- Activities: Map out the editorial process to ensure brand standards while preserving the user's authentic voice. Define the technical requirements for a simple creator portal and data pipeline.
- Goal: Build a low-fidelity prototype and a data-driven business case to validate the concept's feasibility and impact.
- Activities: Create a "vibe-coded" user journey for content submission, develop a proof-of-concept "Success Score" model, and build a compelling business case with projected costs and returns.
- The Motivation Challenge: What is the optimal value exchange to inspire our best customers to become co-creators?
- The Authenticity Challenge: How do we enrich user stories with expert insights without losing their original, authentic voice?
- The Scalability Challenge: How do we build a system to efficiently source and process thousands of stories, identifying the most compelling ones with minimal manual effort?
What you bring
