Wat You Will Do

The Central Europe sales team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to work in our largest region with our largest customers across a broad range of industries.

As the Head of Sales Central Europe you will be responsible for expanding and leading a strong high performing account management team, to achieve and exceed sales targets within the DACH, France, Italy and Benelux region. Your team will drive revenue growth via an up and cross sell motion i.e., seat expansion and multi product adoption.
Key responsibilities of the role will include hiring and developing a team of 10 Account Managers, developing strategic sales plays, and foster strong relationships with key customers.
To be successful in this role, you'll need experience as a sales professional with a proven track record in the B2B software industry, exceptional leadership and people skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 10 Account Managers, fostering a culture of achievement.
  • Drive Regional Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand and nurture the customer base in the Central Europe region.
  • Performance Management: Set and track team targets using KPIs and sales metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Use CRM tools for effective pipeline management, reporting, and sales process optimization.
  • Sales Training: Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and ensure continuous development.
  • Monitor Customer Health: Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and address potential issues to prevent churn.

You will be great for this position if you have :

  • Experience: 8-10+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally within a product-led growth organization.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of people management experience, successfully leading teams and driving performance.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of driving growth and building strong relationships with large accounts.
  • Process Optimization: Experience defining, developing, and improving sales processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Industry Experience: Background in management consulting, financial services, or other professional services.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify trends across accounts and develop actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Proactive and effective communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) and skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to new challenges as they arise.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Passion: Enthusiastic about think-cell and the impact it has on customers.
