As a Working Student in the Finance department, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the timely month end and quarterly closing. You will understand how invoicing, cash collection and cash optimization impacts business performance and how you can contribute to the overall company goals. Make an impact that matters.
Our team is a data-driven strategic hub within HomeToGo; we welcome any complex business challenges and combine analytics with strategic initiatives that keep HomeToGo at the forefront of the rapidly evolving vacation rental space.
Your main responsibility will be to support the finance team in daily invoicing tasks (sending final agreements, issuing invoices, creating adjustment credit notes to correct invoices, updating invoice recipient of our partners and other invoicing details upon their request).
You will participate in the dunning processes by communicating with the debtors in written form.
You will participate in the reporting processes by importing bookings and updating booking records when needed.
You will have the chance to collaborate with Business Development managers to optimize processes, such as standardizing the dunning and invoicing process.
You will get the opportunity to expand your skills/knowledge in working with SAP, SalesForce, and other tools that are standard in the tech industry.
