We’re looking for a Finance Coordinator for an IT Company with 1/2 years of commercial experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and update trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
- Process bank and platform-based payments; verify invoices and reports
- Manage equipment records and support monthly expense reporting
- Respond to employee payment-related queries
- Organize documentation and assist with general admin tasks
- Track vacation balances and handle employee agreement records
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of finance/ accounting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail, Analytical thinking
- English-B1+, Ukranian-Native
