How you’ll go beyond:

Execute partner engagement and enablement strategies through creative content development and collaborative program support. This role is ideal for an extroverted, proactive marketer who’s passionate about storytelling, visual design, and driving partner success.


Content Creation for Partner Engagement


  • Develop partner-facing content including newsletters, case studies, product one-pagers, videos, blog posts, and enablement decks;
  • Craft compelling co-branded assets and success stories that showcase partner value and joint solutions;
  • Use creative tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, video editing software) to produce visually engaging presentations and multimedia assets.

Partner Enablement


  • Create and maintain enablement toolkits and onboarding materials to ensure partners understand Mitto’s value proposition and offerings;
  • Organize and deliver training sessions, webinars, and partner onboarding programs;
  • Build internal resources for sales and partner managers to better engage and support partners.

Program Support & Optimization


  • Assist in the execution of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive pipeline and mutual growth;
  • Help build and manage content repositories for easy access by partners and internal stakeholders;
  • Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and partner communication.

What you bring to the table:


  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment;
  • Proficient in using creative tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, video editing software) to develop presentations, short videos, and multimedia content for partner enablement;
  • Experience working with or within partner ecosystems (resellers, technology alliances, etc.);
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to write for different formats and audiences;
  • Familiarity with partner enablement platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS platforms;
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills;
  • A creative, extroverted, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
