During your internship you will support the project team with both organisational and content-related tasks, including:
- Content Creation & Reference Projects: Assist in creating impact content by preparing success stories, collecting data and visuals for reference projects, setting up and managing an image archive, and contributing to project displays and modular PowerPoint slides
- Formal Quality Check for Studies and Analyses: Support the final quality control of studies and sector analyses, ensuring compliance with methodological and formatting standards. Assist in preparing materials for publication and marketing
- Political, Legal Research & Country Profiles: Conduct research on political and legal frameworks relevant to the project’s partner countries, supporting country teams in maintaining detailed country profiles that capture key data, contextual insights, and recent developments
- Internal Communication: Maintain project intranet pages, assist with intranet news, and support the establishment of communication guidelines and standards by researching best practices, gathering feedback from local teams, and organising these into clear documents
- Visual & Content Streamlining: Assist in updating materials, including slides, documents, and templates, by improving layouts, wording, and visuals. Ensure consistency across formats, manage content and visual assets, and provide feedback for design and content improvements
- Editorial Planning & Monitoring: Assist with editorial scheduling, ensuring team members meet deadlines, and provide preparation support. Support the team with communication monitoring and reporting
- General Project Management Support: Contribute to the day-to-day management of the project by helping with planning, monitoring, and coordinating activities in collaboration with team members
- your are currently studying in the field of social science, communication science, natural science, engineering or economics and have gained initial experience in the field of renewable energies and/or energy efficiency
- Good overview of the different technologies of renewable energy and their basic business models. Furthermore, you are familiar with different political approaches to promote renewable energies
- Knowledge in the fields of energy efficiency, decentralised electrification and industrial self-consumption is desirable. As the project works closely with German renewable energy and energy efficiency companies and the relevant industry associations, knowledge of the industry structure is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with external stakeholders and service-oriented, especially regarding the organisation and coordination of different event formats as well as their administrative workload
- Very good Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- For the internship, very good German and English skills (language level C1) are necessary for internal and external communication. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish at language level C1 is an advantage
