In 2023, we became the lead consultant and On-Site Operations Manager for Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET)—Germany’s state-owned terminal operator, created to respond to the national energy supply challenges triggered by the Ukraine crisis.

Tasks
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Track project costs and prepare cost forecasts and variance analyses.
- Support project budgeting, planning, and financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities related to schedule and cost.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in engineering, project management, finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project control, scheduling, or cost engineering roles.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost control tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
