For our Corn and Sunflower Production division at the headquarters of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany), we are looking for a committed Administrative Clerk. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the operational management and support of our production and processing processes, with a focus on data maintenance, communication, and planning.
This exciting position is available as soon as possible, on a permanent and full-time basis.
Your new challenge:
- Creating and maintaining purchasing and processing orders as well as classification data in SAP/R3 for corn and sunflowers
- Disposition and processing support in close coordination with production management
- Telephone and written communication with production and processing plants
- Maintaining and managing planning tables for processing planning
- Preparing, evaluating, and processing statistics
What you bring to the table:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on industry or production
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- High affinity for numbers and data as well as a careful way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a confident manner
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Confident use of MS Office, basic knowledge of SAP/R3 desirable
- Flexibility, commitment, and initiative
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken), French skills are an advantage
