Job Description
- Data is everything : You will design and set up experimental measurements and conduct electrical and thermal characterization of high-power MIP components, documenting, reviewing, and reporting all test results accurately
- Shape the future : You will design and run thermo-electrical simulations during the product development and design-in phases at the customer side
- Expand your horizons : You will assist in the creation of design-in material and evaluation tools, both hardware and software, contributing to continuous development and innovation
- Stakeholder management : You will support and coordinate the assembly and testing of boards and prototypes with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams
- Experience project management : You will coordinate activities involving 3rd party vendors, supporting efficient project execution and delivery
Your Profile
- Study field : You are currently studying Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or similar
- Experience : You have experience with high-voltage testing, circuit troubleshooting, soldering, and working with datasheets
- Skills : You are proficient with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and tools like MATLAB, Plecs, PSIM, and PSpice
- Way of working : You are analytical, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Language skills : You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
