Our Seller CRM team is in search of a hard-working Salesforce® UX UI Product Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of our CRM products. You'll play a vital role in supporting global seller organizations, driving efficiency and automation through brand-new solutions. Your work will play a key role in eBay's mission, influencing seller CRM products and the global seller community, and molding the trajectory of e-commerce.
- Analyzing user data to identify behavior patterns and improve usability; conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Producing wireframes, storyboards, and user flows aligned with user needs; craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces enhancing the Salesforce® CRM experience.
- Developing prototypes with tools like Figma® to simplify complex processes.
- Partnering with Product Managers and Owners to design new features.
- Building accomplishments with product teams and business collaborators.
- Establishing and advocate for UI guidelines and usability standards.
- Enrolled in a full-time university program in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, with 1–2 years remaining.
- Minimum 2.5 days per week, hybrid work setup (office in Dreilinden + remote).
- Strong interest in CRM, UX/UI, and process optimization.
- Thriving in agile development environments.
- Background in Product Design; familiarity with vector tools like Sketch or Figma®.
- Familiarity with Salesforce® products is a plus.
